Job summary

Doctors of Northcote is a GP clinic in Melbourne's inner north seeking an enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will conduct health assessments, administer immunisations and assist GPs with procedures, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Work closely with our experienced GPs and nurses in a welcoming, community-minded practice. Italian language skills are desirable but not essential, and you’ll build lasting patient relationships while

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as enrolled/registered nurse.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team.
• Interest in preventative health care and GP nursing.
• Strong clinical, organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Italian language skills are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Conducting health assessments and documenting patient information.
• Providing patient education and coaching to help patients achieve their health goals.
• Administering immunisations.
• Assisting with procedures.
• Assisting with iron infusions.
• Working collaboratively with GPs and Registered Nurses to support patient care.
• Supporting the triage and prioritisation of urgent or emergency presentations.
• Contributing to a positive, respectful and team-oriented practice culture.
