Job summary

The Hospital Research Foundation Group in Western Australia is seeking a proactive Community Fundraising Coordinator to support and grow fundraising programs and corporate partnerships. You will build relationships with individuals, businesses and community organisations to increase engagement and fundraising income.

Working with internal teams, suppliers and supporters, you will coordinate campaigns, activations and reports aligned with our strategic plan, with some travel and out-of-hours work

Qualifications

3–5 years’ experience in fundraising, partnerships or business development.
Proven success in developing partnerships and sponsorships.
Strong network within community, corporate partners and not-for-profit sector.
Excellent relationship-building, communication and public speaking skills.
Strong planning, budgeting and reporting abilities.
Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office; able to produce reports.

Responsibilities

Support development and delivery of fundraising plans and partnerships.
Identify and cultivate corporate partners, sponsors and community groups.
Grow peer-to-peer and community fundraising programs.
Develop event briefs, schedules, budgets and delivery plans.
Monitor targets and provide timely reports; maintain supporter data in CRM.
Foster collaborative relationships with volunteers, partners and the community.
