Boys to the Bush is seeking a Community Fundraising Administrator to join our head office in Lavington, NSW on a permanent, full-time basis. You’ll support the Brand & Fundraising team, connect with local sites, and help translate community engagement into fundraising opportunities.

Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, you will assist with budgeting, acquittals and reporting while coordinating fundraising events and internal staff events to strengthen local partnerships and funding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement, partnerships, administration or coordination roles.
• Excellent communication skills and engagement capability.
• Financial acumen, with experience supporting budgets, acquittals or financial reporting.
• Intermediate technology skills, including ability to use Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn and use other software systems required by Boys to the Bush.
• Tertiary qualification in relevant field (desirable).
• Experience working in the not-for-profit, community or social impact sector (desirable).
• A passion for improving outcomes for disadvantaged/disengaged young people.
• Demonstrated capacity to act as a positive role model for young people in your community.
