Job summary

SANFL is seeking two enthusiastic Game Development Coordinators to join our metropolitan participation delivery team for a 2-year fixed-term contract. One role will be based at Norwood Football Club and the other at West Adelaide Football Club, delivering high-quality football promotions and programs to children, families, schools and volunteers across metropolitan Adelaide.

You will build relationships with clubs, schools and community networks, lead Auskick and school football programs,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering participation programs in school or community settings.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and deliver engaging participation programs.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clubs, schools and volunteers.
• Commitment to child safety, inclusion and respectful behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality football promotions in schools and community settings.
• Lead Auskick, Superkick, school football and holiday programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and support volunteers essential to program delivery.
• Build relationships with SANFL clubs and community networks.
• Collaborate with SANFL and clubs to grow participation and retention.
• Promote safe, inclusive, child‑friendly environments.
