Job summary

Yorke and Northern Local Health Network invites applications for an AHP2 Exercise Physiologist to provide client-centred exercise physiology services in the community. You will work with clients with cardiac, metabolic, respiratory and other chronic conditions, planning, delivering, and evaluating interventions within a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers flexible arrangements with part-time hours, potential supervision of junior staff, and opportunities to contribute to integrated community

Qualifications

• Recognised Exercise Physiology qualifications and eligibility for practising membership.
• Clinical knowledge and client-centred approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate therapeutic exercise interventions for clients with chronic conditions.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to improve health outcomes.
• Contribute to supervision of less experienced allied health staff and students.
• Collaborate across sectors to deliver integrated care in the community.
