Job summary

Accent Home Care in Bayswater, Vic is seeking a full-time Events & Marketing Coordinator to plan and deliver our busy calendar of community events while supporting social media and digital content.

You’ll manage timelines, venues, registrations and promotional collateral, and create engaging content to grow attendance across channels. This hands-on role suits someone calm, organised and ready to connect with diverse community members.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events from planning to on-the-day delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple events, deadlines and priorities.
• Experience coordinating venues, suppliers, logistics and run sheets.
• Comfort creating promotional content and actively promoting events.
• On-site event setup and guest interaction experience.
• Familiarity with Canva/Adobe Express tools for content creation.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager; HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver community events and expos from concept through to completion.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, run sheets and post-event actions.
• Create engaging promotional collateral and social media content for events.
• Capture on-site content and manage attendee communications.
• Promote events across channels to build awareness and attendance.
• Coordinate event budgets, venues, suppliers and run sheets.
• Monitor guest experience and support inclusive participation.
