Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, seeks a Career Coach to support individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions in Queensland. You’ll guide job-readiness, build confidence, and help clients secure meaningful employment with support from a collaborative team.

You’ll plan tailored career paths, upskill participants, and engage with employers to create sustainable employment opportunities, while upholding inclusion and person-centred practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans.
• Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to plan career steps and find right jobs.
• Build relationships to understand goals, strengths, and support needs.
• Provide tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation.
• Connect participants with upskilling opportunities and group activities.
• Collaborate with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.
• Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
• Champion Breakthru values of inclusion and person-centred practice.
