Royal Rehab's Breakthru division is hiring a Career Coach to support participants into meaningful employment across NSW and Queensland. You will work closely with job seekers to explore goals, build confidence, tailor plans, and link them to opportunities with employers.

This role emphasizes inclusive recruitment, partnering with employers, delivering training, preparing workplaces, recording outcomes, and meeting performance benchmarks in a fast-paced, person-centred setting.

Qualifications

• Meet KPIs and manage workload effectively.
• Understand employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury or health conditions.
• Provide tailored support and develop client-focused employment plans.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Current driver's license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Source and create career opportunities and match clients to roles.
• Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity.
• Engage employers to address skill shortages through inclusive recruitment.
• Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess fit.
• Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and training.
• Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
• Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
• Meet or exceed performance benchmarks and uphold Breakthru values.
