• Current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.
• Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
• Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy.
• Comply with CHS credentialing and scope of clinical practice requirements for allied health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality assessment and intervention for adults aged 18 years and over, using assistive technology, home modifications and self-management approaches.
• Manage a varied and complex caseload, collaborating with clients, families, carers and interdisciplinary teams to develop client-centred solutions.
• Contribute to service innovation, quality improvement, education and mentoring to strengthen community-based care.
