Ashfield Baptist Homes is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to join our community care team serving Sydney's Inner West and South Sydney. You’ll visit clients in their homes, deliver clinical care, and help maintain independence and comfort.

With 15 hours per week (potential to increase), you’ll manage your diary, coordinate travel, and contribute to care planning and family communication while building meaningful client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Current Australian RN practicing certificate.
• Ability to provide clinical care in home settings.
• Effective communication with clients and families.

• Provide wound care and pressure injury management.
• Perform catheter insertion and management as required.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Conduct continence assessments and recommend products.
• Provide clinical reviews, care planning, and documentation.
• Build ongoing relationships with clients and their families.
