Job summary

Healthcare Australia in Sydney is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team on a casual basis, with a potential for part-time permanent work (15 hours per week). You will provide holistic clinical and personal care to elderly clients in their own homes across South West Sydney.

You will travel between clients, develop tailored care plans, manage wound care and support medical equipment, and offer social and emotional support to help clients stay independent at home.

Qualifications

• Must be an AHPRA-registered nurse with current registration.
• First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) certifications.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel between clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and personal care to meet each client's needs.
• Develop tailored care plans using clinical judgment.
• Provide wound care and support with medical equipment (catheters, continence aids).
• Offer social and emotional support to help clients feel safe and connected.
