As our Community Care Manager, no two days are the same. You’ll be leading and supporting a dedicated team while ensuring high-quality aged care and disability services are delivered across the region.
On any given day, you will
Monitor service performance, budgets, reporting and funding requirements to ensure programs remain sustainable and compliant.
Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to identify opportunities for service growth and innovation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, quality reviews, audits and risk management activities.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll balance strategy, people leadership, operational management and community engagement to make a lasting difference in the lives of our clients and communities.
