Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in behaviour support or related field.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy.
• Experience in the NDIS environment is desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based positive behaviour support.
• Work with a diverse caseload from paediatric to seniors.
• Collaborate with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage caseload with supervision and ongoing mentoring.
