BlueCare, part of the UnitingCare family, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred community care across Biloela, Monto and surrounding areas. You will provide nursing support during home visits, ensuring safety and applying clinical skills to improve quality of life.

Ideal candidates hold unrestricted AHPRA registration, have general nursing experience, a valid Australian driver’s licence, and access to a roadworthy vehicle.

Qualificações

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
• General nursing experience, post-registration
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum)
• Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work
• Confidence in managing time effectively and working autonomously
• Ability to satisfy probity checks required by legislation or policies

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope

• Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
• Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
