Job summary

Dixon Appointments is seeking a communications professional to support the organisation's digital communications, content development, and stakeholder engagement activities for an Australia-based not-for-profit. This hybrid role in Inner Melbourne offers variety, autonomy, and opportunities to manage content across channels, maintain the CMS, run email campaigns, and apply analytics to measure impact.

You will collaborate with a small team, bring initiative, and help shape branding and messaging

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in communications, digital or marketing communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Website CMS experience.
  • Exposure to Google Analytics and digital reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach across multiple projects.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support social media planning and content creation.
  • Assist with email marketing and digital campaigns.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation's digital communications, content development, and stakeholder engagement activities.

About You

To be successful, you will bring:
