Greca is a modern Greek taverna located riverside beneath Brisbane’s Story Bridge. We’re a casual, high-volume kitchen delivering bold, Mediterranean flavours in a warm, team-focused environment.

We’re looking for an experienced chef to join our busy kitchen, bringing skills in grilled meats and seafood to a produce-driven menu. You’ll work with premium ingredients, enjoy flexible hours, and have clear pathways for development within The Apollo Restaurant Group family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a busy kitchen environment (Mediterranean cuisine desired).
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
• Calm, efficient, and focused under pressure.

About the Role

You'll work with premium produce, on a menu built around generous, produce-driven Greek classics. This is a casual position with flexible hours and clear pathways for development.
