Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in Australia is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join our Food & Beverage Team at Kings Park. You will support daily kitchen operations, help maintain budgets, and ensure HACCP and health and safety standards are upheld across service periods.

The casual role offers a 7-day roster with flexible hours; hours may increase for the right candidate and you will be part of a valued team focused on quality food and premium service.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery (desirable).
• Experience in restaurant or banquet food preparation.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene.
• Proven track record of collaborating within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen operations with the Food & Beverage Team and help maintain budgets.
