Qualifikationen

• Experience in a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles advantageous.
• Ability to follow recipes, procedures and instructions accurately.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills in a fast-paced kitchen.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, cook and present menu items per recipes and brand standards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Keep workstations and kitchen areas clean, hygienic and well organised.
• Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen and F&B teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste through proper preparation and portions.
