Cho Cho San, a renowned Japanese restaurant in Potts Point, is seeking a dedicated cook/chef to join our kitchen team. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will contribute to delivering exceptional Japanese cuisine in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers shifts across lunch and dinner, with opportunities for development and employee discounts within The Apollo Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a cook/chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Experience with Asian or Japanese cuisine preferred.
• Must be organized, responsible and eager to learn.

The Role

Reporting to our Head Chef you’ll be an integral part of ensuring Cho Cho San's reputation is upheld. As an established operator, Cho Cho San is renowned for delivering exceptional Japanese cuisine in Potts Point for over a decade and we are constantly evolving and innovating!

About You

• Is passionate about cooking, good food, quality ingredients and the guest experience
• Possesses a high level of attention to detail
• Has a minimum of 2 years experience as a cook/chef in a volume kitchen
• Ideally experienced with Asian or Japanese cuisine
• Is organised, responsible and hungry to learn
• A work-life balance with shifts across lunch and dinner.
