Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive recent graduate to join our Commercial Management team. You will work across the commercial lifecycle, tracking milestones and supporting contract variations and deal structures.

You will gather financial inputs, review outputs, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Service Delivery and Procurement to ensure daily alignment. A strong eye for detail and curiosity is essential.

Qualifications

• Recent or prospective university graduate sought.
• Degree in Business, Commerce, Law, Finance, Economics, or related discipline highly regarded.
• Ability to pass a standard Australian Police Security Clearance.

• Contract Administration: Track milestones, log supplier updates, and ensure meticulous record-keeping.
• Contract Variations: Research background information and draft initial documentation for variations/amendments.
• Deal/Variation Financials: Gather inputs and review outputs to support variations and deal structures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a commercial liaison across Legal, Finance, Service Delivery, and Procurement.
• Governance Support: Compile data packs, conduct background research, and summarise insights ahead of negotiations.
• Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and pitch administrative improvements.
