Spire Recruitment in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a growing team. You will manage a portfolio of about 120 commercial properties, supported by eight colleagues and industry leaders, with Cirrus8 as the management system.

The role focuses on landlord/tenant relationships, lease documentation, renewals, rent reviews, and budgets, delivering a professional and commercially minded service in a fast-paced environment with clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial property management.
• Strong knowledge of leases, rent reviews, outgoings and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~120 commercial properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Manage lease documentation, renewals, rent reviews and arrears.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, compliance and contractor works.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, outgoings and reconciliations.
• Conduct regular property inspections and report to clients.
