Job summary

Coutts in Sydney's Wetherill Park office is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. You will manage a portfolio of commercial properties, handle leases, rent reviews, and client relationships, and lead inspections and maintenance coordination with a focus on service excellence.

This role requires a proven track record in property management, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with the broader Coutts team.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential or commercial property management.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team.
• Driver's license and own vehicle are required.
• A satisfactory police check will be required.

Responsibilities

• Lease preparation, negotiation of new leases, market reviews, and options
• Arrears collection, rent reviews, and outgoings reconciliations
• Conducting property inspections, including ingoing, outgoing, and periodic inspections
• Managing repairs, maintenance, and renovations/make-goods
• Developing new business and expanding existing client relationships
• Advising clients on value-add property investment strategies
• Managing and administering an existing portfolio of commercial properties
• Supporting the team in negotiating new leases, market reviews, and options
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and tenants

• Valid driver's license and own motor vehicle required
• A satisfactory police check will be required for the successful candidate
