Qualifications

• Three to five years of commercial property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial leases, operations and compliance.
• Experience with office, mixed-use or precinct assets.
• Confident in managing tenant relationships and resolving issues.
• Proficient budgeting, financial reporting and arrears management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties.
• Build relationships with tenants and respond to enquiries.
• Oversee lease administration, critical dates, rent reviews and compliance.
• Support rent collection and arrears management.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Coordinate outgoings budgets and annual reconciliations.
• Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams for maintenance, projects and events.
• Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on issues.
• Prepare property reports and support governance and compliance needs.
