Job summary

Ice Box Liquor Pty Ltd is seeking a Purchasing, Marketing & Commercial Manager to lead purchasing, pricing, promotions and marketing across Ice Box Liquor and George's Cellar. You will shape buying strategy and drive commercial performance.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a team, develop supplier partnerships, maximise margins and orchestrate campaigns that grow sales across multiple store locations in the Hunter and regional NSW.

Qualifications

• Experience leading purchasing, marketing and commercial teams in retail.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Proven ability to drive sales, margins and promotion planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing, pricing, promotions and marketing for two brands.
• Develop strategies to maximise sales, gross profit and supplier income.
• Manage the team, set priorities and ensure accountable results.
• Develop promotional calendars aligned with commercial priorities.
• Negotiate terms, rebates and trading agreements with suppliers.
