Responsibilities

• Lead a team, rostering, performance management and budgeting.
• Manage stock ordering, invoicing, deliveries and store reporting.
• Ensure stock is ordered and managed per guidelines.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of wine, spirits and craft beer, stay up to date with trends.
• Cash management.
• Safety management for staff and customers.
• Develop rapport with locals and maintain eye-catching merchandising.
