Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, law, engineering, quantity surveying, procurement or related discipline, with circa 6 years relevant experience in procurement, commercial management, contract management or supplier management.
• Knowledge of various contracting and procurement models for infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience managing operational and financial risks with demonstrated strategies implemented to protect the business.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, provide commercial advice and support procurement and contract management outcomes.
• Governance and Compliance: Apply procurement and contract management policies, procedures and delegations; maintain records and ensure auditable processes.
• Capability Contribution: Share knowledge and support continuous improvement in procurement, contract management and supplier engagement across the team.
• Procurement: Manage procurement activities across assigned operational and infrastructure categories.
• Support procurement planning, tendering, evaluation and award processes in line with governance requirements and value-for-money objectives.
• Contract Management: Manage assigned contracts and support the administration of more complex agreements; monitor performance and escalate risks.
• Contract Requirements: Develop, review and refine contract requirements, scopes of work and specifications.
• Other responsibilities as directed by leadership, including deployment to a delivery program to perform contract management duties.
