Job summary

Mace is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to oversee subcontract packages on a landmark hyperscale data centre project in Queensland. You will lead procurement, control costs, manage change, and drive commercial reporting to protect margin.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will apply strong contract management (including JCT forms), value engineering, and risk management to deliver client value while upholding safety and quality standards. Hybrid work options may be discussed.

Qualifications

The Project

This opportunity forms part of one of the most significant hyperscale data centre developments in the Asia Pacific region, delivering a multi-gigawatt, mission-critical campus in Queensland, Australia. With a projected construction programme spanning more than six years, the project offers the rare opportunity to contribute to a landmark development through multiple phases of design, delivery and operational readiness.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Manages subcontract packages through procurement, commercial delivery and final account settlement.

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, or a related discipline.
