Working with a world-class client and a high‑performing Mace team, you will guide valuations, variations, and claims, while mentoring cost management professionals and building strong client relationships in a tightly regulated

With a projected construction programme spanning more than six years, the project offers the rare opportunity to contribute to a landmark development through multiple phases of design, delivery and operational readiness.

With a projected construction programme spanning more than six years, the project offers the rare opportunity to contribute to a landmark development through multiple phases of design, delivery and operational readiness.

Working alongside a world-class client and an exceptional Mace team, you will help deliver infrastructure of the highest quality within a heavily regulated environment. This role will suit professionals who have experience on large-scale, complex projects and who consistently demonstrate the highest levels of integrity, professionalism and technical excellence.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leads post-contract commercial activities, ensuring robust cost control, reporting and contract administration.

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or a related discipline.

• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and client relationship skills.
