Lendlease Corporation is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the ACT Construction commercial team for a major Canberra project. You will own contract administration, procurement strategy, and cost controls, ensuring EH&S compliance and timely handover.

With 10–15 years in construction contract administration and a related degree, you will manage budgets, cash flow, risk, and performance reporting while mentoring the team through delivery to handover.

Qualifications

• A construction management, building, or engineering degree with 10–15 years’ contract administration experience.
• Healthcare project exposure is valued but not required.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, cost control and procurement processes.

You will also be responsible to ensuring that contracts and tender documents contain the necessary EH&S inclusions.
