SEEK Limited in Sydney is seeking reliable Electrical Contractors for ongoing maintenance in Sydney CBD high-rise buildings, plus commercial and industrial installations. Individual contractors or small teams are welcome, with work suitable for those working independently or with crews.

You will carry out preventative and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and complete repairs safely with minimal supervision.

Formación

• Licensed electrician with a valid ABN.
• Hold relevant insurance including public liability and workers compensation where applicable.
• Have your own tools and PPE.
• Have your own unbranded vehicle.
• Hold, or be willing to obtain, relevant EWP qualifications, police checks and Working With Children Checks where required.
• Well-presented, professional and comfortable dealing with clients.
• Experienced in commercial electrical maintenance and fault-finding.
• Practical and organised with the ability to solve problems and complete jobs with minimal supervision.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable using an online platform to receive jobs, record work and provide updates.
• Sound knowledge of electrical safety and compliance requirements, with good judgement about when to seek assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Commercial Maintenance – Primary Focus: Preventative and reactive maintenance in commercial high-rise buildings.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs, testing and minor upgrades safely and efficiently.
• Organise your work and see jobs through to completion; keep clients and team informed.
• Maintain clear job notes, record materials and update progress through our online platform.
• Work professionally with facility managers, site supervisors and building occupants.
• Lighting control, security and network experience is welcome but not essential.
