Core Talent is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to service the Sydney Metro area, including homes, apartments, and strata properties. You’ll be responsible for maintenance, fault-finding, and installations with autonomy, competitive overtime, and a strong focus on customer service.

The role offers variety, KPI incentives, and a path for career progression within a growing team. A fully maintained company vehicle and equipment are provided, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

Formación

• Current NSW Electrical Licence is required.
• Residential service, maintenance or fault-finding experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Well-presented and professional attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, fault finding and installations across residential homes and apartments.
• Attend reactive breakdowns and scheduled maintenance works.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults safely and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the business professionally.
• Complete job reports and required documentation accurately.
• Work independently across multiple sites throughout Sydney.

Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Salary: Up to $55ph + Super + Vehicle + Overtime + Bonuses

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Maintenance Electrician to join a growing residential maintenance team servicing homes, apartments, and strata properties across the Sydney Metro area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a licensed electrician who enjoys variety, autonomy, and dealing directly with customers. With a strong pipeline of work, KPI incentives, commission opportunities, and plenty of overtime available, there is significant earning potential on offer.

What you'll be doing:

• Carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs, fault finding and installations across residential homes and apartments


• Attending reactive breakdowns and scheduled maintenance works


• Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently and safely


• Providing excellent customer service while representing the business professionally


• Completing job reports and required documentation accurately


• Working independently across multiple sites throughout Sydney

What we're looking for:

• Current NSW Electrical Licence


• Previous experience in residential service, maintenance or fault-finding work


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Well-presented and professional attitude


• Current Driver's Licence


• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
