Job summary

Mace is delivering a complex, large-scale infrastructure programme in Sydney. The role leads the commercial framework, shaping procurement, contracts, and risk management to drive strategic outcomes while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

Degree qualified with professional accreditation (MRICS/CIOB) and site certifications (CSCS, SMSTS).
Proven experience leading bids, managing P&L and building senior client/supply chain relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead the commercial framework of the programme, driving strategic outcomes and KPIs.
Provide clear leadership to teams, ensuring delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, influencing at c-suite and board level.
Maintain commercial accountability, including pursuing variations, extensions of time and claims.
Oversee reporting, performance management, coaching and development of high-performing teams.
Champion net zero goals through proactive carbon management across delivery activities.
