Job summary

Wolf & Williams is seeking a commercially minded lawyer for an initial three-month contract to support rapid delivery of renewable projects across Australia. This hands-on role offers quality commercial work and exposure to project delivery.

Working with the Head of Legal and delivery teams, you will review and negotiate customer, supplier and project agreements while ensuring alignment with established frameworks. Immediate start with potential for longer-term opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must have strong commercial contracting experience.
• Experience working on project-based environments is desirable.
• Renewable energy or batteries exposure is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and negotiating customer, supplier and project agreements.
• Supporting projects through development, construction, financing, grid connection & operations.
• Ensuring each project aligns with the established contractual and financing frameworks.
• Supporting procurement, construction and operational contracting.
