TAFE Queensland SkillsTech in Acacia Ridge is seeking a Business Development Coordinator for a permanent full-time role commencing 4 January 2027. You will coordinate commercial training contracts, support enrolment and delivery processes, and provide responsive customer service within a collaborative Commercial Services team.

Reporting to the Key Account Lead, you will engage with clients and stakeholders across the SkillsTech region.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate administrative activities associated with commercial contracts in collaboration with the Commercial Services team.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking systems to monitor contract activities, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate pre-enrolment activities, collect student and employer documentation, check eligibility and support enrolment.
• Maintain regular contact with clients during contract delivery with timely information and documentation.
• Assist with promotion of products and training programs to maximise participation.
