Job summary

Aurex Group is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join a real estate investment platform on a 12-month contract in Sydney. You will oversee asset performance across a portfolio of commercial assets, with a strong focus on leasing, income growth, capex and value creation.

You will partner with property managers, leasing agents and external advisers to drive occupancy, optimise budgets and cash flows, and support acquisitions and dispositions as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial property asset management experience.
• Experience with leasing activity and tenant outcomes.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts and cash flows.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset strategy, performance and day-to-day priorities.
• Drive leasing activity, occupancy and tenant outcomes.
• Identify and progress capex, refurbishment and repositioning opportunities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flows and asset-level performance.
• Work closely with property managers, leasing agents and external advisers.
• Support acquisition and disposal activity where required.
