Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join its commercial team. The role focuses on turning complex data into meaningful insights and owning key reporting processes.

The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting, finance or data analysis, CPA/CA qualification or in progress, and strong Excel with Power BI experience. You’ll support month-end/quarter-end reporting and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Analytical role in finance, accounting or commercial environment.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline; CPA/CA toward.
• Strong Excel skills with data reporting and reconciliations.
• Exposure to Power BI or other reporting/data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate discrepancies.
• Clear communication and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Preparing month-end and quarter-end reporting, including data analysis and reconciliations.
• Analyzing commercial data, investigating variances and translating findings into insights.
• Managing and improving key reporting frameworks for accurate outputs.
• Using Excel and Power BI to enhance reporting visibility for decisions.
• Investigating data discrepancies across systems and implementing solutions.
• Reviewing and improving commercial processes, controls and documentation.
• Managing changes to supplier and other entity information for reporting accuracy.
• Coordinating data requirements with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Contributing to ad hoc commercial analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
