Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in commercial finance, analysis, or similar role ideally within FMCG.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Confident communication and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Strong organisation and time management in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with planning systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support annual budgeting and monthly S&OP, identifying key risks and opportunities.
Manage and monitor trade investment, partnering with Sales to optimise spend and ROI.
Support pricing and margin analysis to drive profitable commercial outcomes.
Partner with marketing on promotional planning and A&CP investment.
Support NPD commercial analysis, including pricing, volume, margin and return.
Turn commercial data into clear insights and recommendations that support better decision making.
