Responsibilities

• Operate blend tank, homogenization, filtration and related equipment per instructions.
• Read and follow Manufacturing Orders.
• Precisely weigh raw materials and intermediates per Manufacturing Orders.
• Follow QC and sampling procedures and report deviations.
• Execute rework and formula adjustments per QC and formula requirements.
• Package and sample products per customer requirements and report yield deviations.
• Perform transactions on AS400 terminals and handheld scanners.
• Follow Kosher, BATF, USDA and other regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to ISO 9001/2000, GMP and HACCP for product safety.
• Contribute to team effort by performing other duties as required.
