Customer Solutions Specialist - Collections & Recoveries

We're growing and searching for Customer Solutions Specialists to join our team. If you're a strong communicator who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and achieving positive outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll assist customers with outstanding accounts, negotiate tailored payment arrangements, support vulnerable customers, and help deliver positive outcomes for everyone involved.
