Propel Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Lending Operations analyst to monitor arrears, repayments and payment behaviour across portfolios. You will spot risks, intervene early and investigate payments, with a clear impact on collections performance and customer outcomes.

This hybrid role lets you work from home one day per week with a salary around A$100,000 plus super and a bonus. You will collaborate with Credit, Risk, Finance, Treasury and Technology to streamline processes and

• Previous collections experience essential, including monitoring arrears, repayments and delinquent accounts.
• Strong analytical skills with confidence working with transaction and portfolio data.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Experience with loan servicing or collections systems (Salesforce or other reporting tools an advantage).
• Practical, customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor arrears, repayments and customer payment behaviour across lending portfolios.
• Spot overdue accounts, collection risks and emerging trends, and support early intervention.
• Investigate failed, delayed or misallocated payments and resolve exceptions quickly.
• Refer overdue accounts (beyond 31 days) to Recoveries Manager.
• Produce clear reporting on arrears, recoveries and performance trends.
• Partner with Credit, Risk, Finance, Treasury, Hardship and Technology to resolve issues.
• Improve collections workflows, controls, systems and automation.

Role

Join Lending Operations in a hands-on collections, arrears and payments analysis role. You will:

• Monitor arrears, repayments and customer payment behaviour across lending portfolios
