Job summary

Elite Eleven is seeking a Collaborations Coordinator to join the Marketing Team. You will focus on influencer relationships, PR outreach, gifting, and brand collaborations, working closely with Marketing and Partnerships teams to align with the brand.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in influencer marketing or related roles, are highly organised, and comfortable managing high-volume outreach. This is a fast-paced role with opportunities for growth and events support.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR or a related role.
• Comfortable reaching out to new people and building relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage high outreach volumes.
• Attention to detail with gifting, contact info and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to influencers, creators, athletes aligning with the brand.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencer and creator community.
• Manage day-to-day influencer communication, follow-ups and relationships.
• Coordinate influencer gifting and product seeding from outreach to fulfilment.
• Identify new creators across TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
• Maintain influencer and PR databases and trackers.
• Support campaigns, collaborations and product launches.
• Assist with influencer attendance and outreach for events and activations.
• Coordinate product selections, sizes, addresses and gifting requirements.
• Track gifted product and monitor organic content and coverage.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Collaborations Coordinator to join the Elite Eleven Marketing Team. This is a role focused on influencer relationships, PR outreach, gifting and brand collaborations. Working closely with the wider Marketing Team and Partnerships Team you’ll be responsible for identifying emerging talent, building relationships and ensuring Elite Eleven is consistently connecting with creators and individuals who genuinely align with the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to relevant influencers, creators, athletes and talent who align with the Elite Eleven brand


• Build and maintain strong relationships with our influencer and creator community


• Manage day-to-day influencer communication, including outreach, follow-ups and relationship management


• Coordinate influencer gifting and product seeding from outreach through to fulfilment


• Proactively identify new and emerging creators across TikTok, Instagram and other relevant platforms


• Maintain and continually grow our influencer and PR databases


• Research talent, cultural moments and emerging communities that present opportunities for Elite Eleven


• Support the coordination of influencer campaigns, collaborations and product launches


• Assist with influencer attendance and outreach for events, store openings and brand activations


• Coordinate product selections, sizing, addresses and gifting requirements


• Track gifted product and monitor resulting organic content and coverage


• Keep influencer and collaboration trackers accurate and up to date


• Work closely with Social, Events and the wider Marketing Team to ensure influencer activity aligns with upcoming campaigns and brand priorities

About You

• 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media, talent, communications or a similar role is preferred


• You’re naturally social and confident reaching out to new people and building relationships


• Highly organised and comfortable managing a high volume of outreach, gifting and follow-ups


• Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing gifting, contact information and deliverables


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
