You will join an established digital transformation agency where no two days are the same. The Support team sits at the heart of client relationships, providing opportunity to work across a broad range of digital projects

Qualifications

• Mid-level PM with digital/tech/transformation agency experience.
• Experience delivering eCommerce and/or CMS projects.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and switch between projects.

Mid-Level Project Manager | Digital Transformation | WFH

Expertech is partnering with a leading digital transformation agency to find a mid-level Project Manager to join their Support team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced agency PM who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely likes working with clients. You’ll be managing a mix of eCommerce and CMS projects, often juggling multiple priorities and switching between different types of work throughout the day.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project delivery skills with a service-oriented mindset, excellent communication and the confidence to build trusted client relationships.

You’ll have plenty of direct external client contact, so this isn't a role for someone who prefers to stay behind the scenes. You’ll be the person clients rely on to keep things moving, solve problems and make sure they feel supported.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Mid-level Project Management experience within a digital, technology or transformation agency.
• Proven experience managing eCommerce and/or CMS projects.
• Strong understanding of digital project delivery, with the ability to manage competing priorities and frequently switch between projects and client needs.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working directly with external clients and building strong, trusted relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines, expectations, scope and competing demands.
• A genuine service mentality — you're proactive, responsive and focused on finding solutions for clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers, designers, content teams and other digital specialists.
