Job summary

Lite n' Easy is seeking experienced Machine Operators for our production team in Brisbane. You will efficiently operate equipment, manage day-to-day tasks, and ensure production runs smoothly while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires machine operation experience in FMCG, the ability to work in a cold environment, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Applicants must have full Australian unrestricted work rights to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machinery in FMCG is required.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (8°C max).
• Strong communication, literacy and numerical skills.
• Full Australian unrestricted work rights to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mondini sealing machine and date coding.
• Operate IBEX and control of product going in and out of freezer unit.
• Follow production schedules and instructions.
• Ensure the line is set up with appropriate level of ingredients and packaging.
• Conduct regular quality checks as per SOP throughout the run.
• Troubleshoot any issues with machine as necessary.
• Replenish rewind or cartons as needed during the run.
• Remove waste from the line and keep area clean.
• Conduct changeovers and clean requirements as needed.
