Job summary

Australian Personnel Solutions – Prospect NSW is seeking experienced workers for dynamic cold chain distribution roles. You will perform voice picking in a fast-paced environment and operate in chill and freezer conditions.

Starting from $49.01 per hour with immediate starts for the right candidate. Requires lifting, KPI focus, MHE operation, and the ability to pass medical and background checks; weekend shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Experience with picking/packing in a distribution setting.
• Ability to lift and move items safely.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (MHE).
• Demonstrated ability to meet KPI targets.
• Must pass pre-employment medical.

Responsibilities

• Voice-picking duties to fulfill orders.
• Work in chillers and freezer environment.
• Shift availability with immediate starts.
• Commitment to 5 shifts per week, including weekends.
