Job summary

ARTEMUS Group is seeking casual Bartenders to join our dynamic Front of House team at Stanley’s in Sydney. Bring your passion for mixology, cocktails, and guest service to help create memorable experiences for our guests.

You will greet guests with a friendly, personable attitude, maintain a clean, well-stocked bar, and demonstrate extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wine. RSA compliant, available nights and weekends, and able to thrive in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Cocktail knowledge, spirits, and wine expertise.
• Strong customer-service focus and welcoming attitude.
• Experience in high-volume bar environments is preferred.
• Cocktail experience is essential.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration.
• Open to learning and growth in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Must hold a current RSA license.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a friendly and personable attitude.
• Have an extensive knowledge of Stanley’s cocktails and classics.
• Working within a close-knit team.
• Keep the bar clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure RSA compliance at all times on shift.
• Use correct POS and cash handling procedures.
