Open Pantry Co. in Torquay, VIC is recruiting a Venue Manager for a coastal brewery venue. You will lead a seven-day operation with 140 seats, owning the numbers and guest experience with support from a national group.

You’ll drive day-to-day operations, oversee rostering, financial reporting, and local events while shaping a standout guest experience within brand standards. Full-time role with autonomy and growth opportunities in a well‑established venue.

Qualifications

• Proven venue or assistant management experience in hospitality.
• Strong commercial head: reporting, rostering and cost control.
• Hands-on leader who can build and maintain a team through seasonal peaks and quieter months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the venue and team end-to-end seven days a week.
• Own financial performance: nightly, weekly and monthly revenue reporting; safety and team reviews.
• Six-monthly planning: set objectives, events and local drivers with your team.
• Own local initiative and guest experience within national brand standards.
• Maintain a modern operating stack: POS, rostering, bookings, stock and BI tools.
