Job summary
RACV Inverloch Resort is seeking an experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead a frontline team through a period of growth. You will mentor Team Leaders and Attendants, manage rosters and daily room allocations, and partner with Front Office and Maintenance to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You will drive standards, safety and cost control while developing staff and sustaining RACV service excellence across all resort operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in a housekeeping leadership role in hotels, resorts or similar.
- Proven ability to lead supervisors and frontline teams.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, safety and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead Housekeeping Team Leaders and Attendants to deliver high standards.
- Deputise for the Housekeeping Manager and oversee daily operations.
- Coordinate room allocations, schedules and workforce planning.
- Monitor productivity, budgets and inventory levels.
- Drive safety, service excellence and cross‑department collaboration.
- Lead training and ensure RACV service standards are met.
