Job summary

Great Ocean Road Health is seeking a Community Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes and community settings across the Surf Coast region.

You will assess, plan, treat and evaluate care, supporting individuals and carers to achieve health, wellbeing and independence. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to strengthen outcomes in our rural communities and ongoing professional development opportunities.
