Job summary

Oxanda Education seeks a Part-time Co Centre Manager to lead a Bluebird Early Education Centre in Brisbane, guiding daily operations and educator teams. You will ensure alignment with the service philosophy and NQS while delivering a child-centered curriculum.

Requires Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, and certification with WWC/First Aid; travel to Victoria for a manager workshop is expected. A strong focus on family communication and staff development is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in ECEC or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
• Current Working with Children Check
• First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis or willing to obtain
• Current Child Protection, Safe Sleep, and Food Safety Training or willing to obtain
• Ability to make business decisions and work with budgets
• Team player able to work independently
• Willingness to travel to Victoria for a Centre Manager workshop (dates provided during interview)

About The Role

We are on a search for a passionate and enthusiastic Part-time Co Centre Manager with a strong background in Early Education to manage the day-to-day Centre operations.

As a Co - Centre Manager, you will be responsible for supporting with the daily Centre management tasks, supporting and leading to inspire a team of Educators, and ensuring they are working in accordance with the service philosophy, company policies, and procedures & the National Quality Standards (NQS), to provide exceeding education and care for all families and children.

Essential Criteria

• Diploma in ECEC or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA)
• Current Working with Children's Check.
• Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis or be willing to obtain these.
• Current Child Protection, Safe Sleep, and Food Safety Training or be willing to obtain these.
• Ability to make business decisions and work with assigned budgets.
• A motivated member able to work well in a team and independently.
• Must be available to travel to Victoria for a Centre Manager workshop with a long-side our current Centre managers and Operations Team- dates will be given to candidate during the interview process.
