Job summary

Recruit Inc is seeking a CNC Service Technician to join our NSW team, focusing on installation, service, and maintenance of CNC machines. You will diagnose faults, perform calibrations, and deliver operator training while supporting customers across the NSW region.

The role suits experienced CNC technicians or machinists moving into field service. Travel throughout NSW is required, with a base salary package, bonuses, and car allowance on offer.

Qualifications

• Trade or engineering qualifications required.
• CNC machining and/or CNC service experience expected.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge is advantageous.
• Good communication and customer service abilities essential.
• Ability to work autonomously and travel throughout NSW required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain CNC machinery.
• Fault finding and repairs on CNC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and machine calibration.
• Provide customer technical support and operator training.
• Coordinate with Service Manager and technical team; travel NSW region.
